How do I know what I am going to save? Your 90 second savings quote will give you an approximate savings on your account but the exact savings will not be known until your first bill post online. After you receive the savings quote we will email you a Shared Savings Agreement. The agreement will outline what your current average monthly bill, authorize RMB to make changes on your behalf and allow RMB to 4 months of savings (your savings is the difference of your average monthly bill and the first bill reflecting the changes).

Do I get to see the changes first? Yes, once the Shared Savings Agreement is authorized we will email you all the needed changes to be made on your account. We will then contact your carrier and make the changes on your behalf.

What if you cannot find savings on our account? That’s great news!, because if we are not able to find a savings on your account we will pay your next month’s cellular bill.. NO questions asked! (8 lines minimum)

Am I committed to using ReviewMyBill.com services after I receive the quote? No, our savings quote is completely free… once you see the amount that can be saved you are free to do whatever it is you like.

What is the fee if we decide to use the service? Our fee is just 4 month savings that is billed to you each month AFTER the savings is seen on your bill…so, your fee is paid form actual savings! Example: If the first month savings is $200, that’s your fee for this month and the next 3 months.

How do we know that the savings will always be there? The savings will remain on your account until changes are made to your account that will change the billing. Please know that if you add more lines to your account that more minutes and features may need to be added.
